Her research explores the complex interplay of social, structural, and environmental factors that shape health inequities across the lifespan. She is passionate about co-creating public health programs alognside communities and strives to employ participatory methods to inform evidence-based and human-centered interventions. As the Lead Project Coordinator at the Center for Global Healthy Cities, she helps oversee research projects and partakes in coalition building with project partners locally and gloablly.

She is passionate about nutrition, specifically promoting health equity, improving food access, and reducing chronic food-related diseases. Her research aligns with these interests, focusing on community-centered approaches to transforming food systems. Currently, she is conducting research on the TCC Veggie Rx project, which supports food sovereignty and sustainable food practices in Richmond.

As a resident of Richmond, he seeks to devise innovative approaches that address the root causes of violence and uplift Bay Area communities.

Meghana Ammula (she/her/hers) is a first-year Masters in Public Health (MPH) student concentrating in Health and Social Behavior. Prior to attending Berkeley, Meghana's background was in health policy research, specifically documenting the challenges that Medicaid beneficiaries face in accessing healthcare coverage. Currently at Berkeley, Meghana is now focused on uncovering ways to craft equitable and community-centered health interventions and communications through research and design techniques, with the goal of reaching vulnerable and marginalized communities. She is particularly interested in climate health, urban planning, and youth mental health.

Anna (she/her/hers) graduated from UC Berkeley in 2024 with a BA in Psychology and Public Health, as well as a minor in Education. She is currently on the pre-med track with an interest in pursuing psychiatry, with a focus on health justice and health policy concerning justice-involved population. Throughout her undergraduate years, Anna had been involved in research related to youth mental health with a focus on social-emotional learning implementation science, worked as an EMT, and volunteered as a tutor at San Quentin State Prison. In her free time, you can hear Anna playing the bells (an instrument called the carillon) on the Sather Tower on campus!
